Allocations

Allocations allow you to divide a Payment among different business areas or accounts. In addition to creating Allocations on the Lease home page, you can create Allocations on a Payment.

Allocations created from the Payment home page only apply to that specific Payment.

  1. Navigate to a Payment home page.

  2. Scroll to the Allocations section.

  3. In the toolbar of the Allocations section, click Add.

    The section expands to display a form.

  4. Select an Allocation type using the Type drop-down menu.

    The form automatically updates to reflect the selection.

  5. Select the calculation type using the Calculate By drop-down menu.

    The form automatically updates to reflect the selection.

  6. Complete the remainder of the form.

  7. When the form is complete, click Save.

    The Allocation appears in the Allocations section of the Payment home page.
