Document Viewer
Introduction
The Document Viewer allows users to view a wide range of files within the browser without the need to download and open them in their native applications. Users can view documents such as Microsoft Office files, image files, .pdf files, CAD files, and many others.
Use of the Document Viewer

Navigate to the desired object page with the document you want to open, and scroll down to the document.
All documents should now have an Open in Viewer link next to the document.

You can either click on the Open in Viewer link to open the document in the Documents Viewer, or you can click on the Document Icon and then click on the Open in Viewer link from the drop-down menu.

A new tab opens in the browser to display the file.
A Multiple Versions icon is displayed in instances where there are more than one file attached to the document. Click the icon to open a new window to select the file version you wish to open, and access the file from there.
Features within the Document Viewer

Publish: Export a copy of the document to your computer as either a .pdf or .tiff file.

Search: You can search the document for any word through the Document Viewer's search bar. Click on the arrow next to the magnifying glass to open a drop-down menu to further refine your search. From there you can choose to match the case of the search entry, look for whole instances of the word only, and search for regular expressions in the document. You can also have all instances of the search result highlighted in the document.

Print: You can print the document from the Document Viewer via the print icon (only in Internet Explorer).

Background Color Settings: Here you can adjust the background settings of the document to white, gray, black, or the default color. A Correct Color Collisions option is also available to ensure that text the same color of the altered background color is kept visible.

Rotate: Click to rotate the page 90 degrees counterclockwise.

Fit All: Adjusts view to the size of a single page.

Fit Width: Adjusts view to zoom to the width of the browser screen.

Zoom In/Zoom Out: The blue slider at the bottom allows you to resize the document in the window.

Pagination: Select the page number from a drop-down menu, or click left/right to change the page.
