Consistent version statuses and customizable artefact history

RedEye creates version statuses consistently for all workflow steps and lifecycle actions. This includes initial assignments from Template Allocator V2.

Hide workflow steps from the Artefact history tab to reduce clutter while keeping a full audit trail. Contact Accruent or your implementation partner to configure this feature.

Hidden versions remain available for auditing and compliance. Select Show hidden steps to view them.
Workflow notification enhancements

RedEye now delivers workflow notifications more reliably and accurately when you move artefacts through workflow steps. This includes Drafting, Review, Approval, Redpen, Outcome, and Group review.

Administrators can configure workflow notifications to be delivered 20 minutes after a workflow event occurs. This gives users time to complete workflow actions before the system sends notifications, helping reduce unnecessary emails and notification noise.

Notifications now reliably trigger when artefacts first enter a workflow.

RedEye now prevents duplicate notifications for the same event and no longer sends notifications for events that are already complete.
