Outstanding group reviews report

Bucket administrators can now access the Outstanding group reviews report from Manage bucket > Reports. This report lists all artefacts in the bucket that have an outstanding group review. Each row represents a single artefact and includes the following information:

• Artefact URL

• Artefact ID

• Artefact number

• Artefact title

• Workflow name

• Workflow group

• Next workflow step

• Assignment date

• Days on workflow step

• Outstanding reviewer emails: A comma-separated list of reviewers with pending review actions.

• Deleted users: A comma-separated list of reviewers with pending review actions who no longer hold the required role in the bucket.

Use this report to quickly identify stalled group reviews, follow up with responsible users, and help keep artefacts moving through workflow processes.

Main navigation menu

The main navigation menu has a new look and feel. You can adjust the width of the navigation bar and collapse it to display only icons. This helps you maximize screen real estate and interact with visualized metadata more easily.

Visualized metadata

• Folder labels now wrap for better readability.

• You can open the visualized metadata in a new page or a new browser window, then drag it to your preferred position on your current monitor or a separate one. This helps you find artefacts faster, maximize screen real estate, and adjust the view to suit your way of working.
