Bulk Change Workflows

Prerequisites

You can perform Bulk Actions on artefacts in your Collection. A Collection is like a shopping cart where you can temporarily place artefacts, while you continue to search.

In the Search page, you can add artefacts in your search results to the Collection to perform bulk action.

The Collection appears as a white circle on the bottom right corner.

1. Select each item to perform a bulk action on to, click on the Collection icon and click on Action button from the bottom.

2. Navigate to Change Workflow under the Workflow menu.

   Assign Workflow only works for artefacts with no workflow assigned (artefacts created by the placeholder function) while Change Workflow works for artefacts with or without workflows so we recommend Change Workflow.

3. Under the WORKFLOW menu, select the workflow to assign to the artefacts in the collection

   Artefacts that are in an active workflow display in the menu, such as those with actions pending in the current workflow.

   For example 1 artefacts with ACTIVE workflow / 10 Artefacts stashed

   The default setting is skip any artefacts in active workflows so any progress made is not lost. If you intend to cancel the workflow and move them to the new workflow, clear the artefacts or click CANCEL ALL to clear all.

4. Click Confirm to make bulk workflow change.

   To bulk cancel workflows, repeat these steps but assign the artefacts back to the original workflow.
