When you make changes in AutoCAD Electrical, they are not automatically uploaded to your vault. You must use the Synchronize to Vault command.
To synchronize to the vault:

From the Meridian menu, select Synchronize electrical project to vault.
You are prompted to select which project file you want to synchronize.

Select the AutoCAD Electrical project you want to synchronize and click Open.
The project you selected is synchronized to the vault.
