A Meridian Explorer repository is read-only but there are some commands that you can use to work with repository documents in various ways. Some of the commands can be used with a selection of multiple documents.

These methods can also be used to select multiple documents across different pages of a results grid.

ClosedSelect Multiple Documents in a Range

To select multiple documents in a range of documents:

  1. Select the first or last document to include in the selection.

  2. Press down and hold the Shift key while clicking the opposite document.

ClosedSelect Multiple Individual Documents

To select multiple individual documents:

  • Press down and hold the Ctrl key while clicking each document to include in the selection.
