Sign up to Meridian Cloud

Start using Meridian Cloud by accepting the Meridian Cloud invitation email. Once the system administrator invites you to the Meridian Cloud tenant, you receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and enter your identity information. If you don't receive the invitation email, check with your system administrator to confirm the email address to which the invitation was sent.

Registration options

To register in Meridian Cloud, use a Google, Microsoft, or Azure AD account. If your system administrator enables SAML Authentication, you can also use a SAML Identity Provider. Contact your system administrator for more information.

When you register using a Google or Microsoft account, Meridian uses your email profile information to pre-fill the Registration form.

Your system administrator determines whether you can register with an email address different from the one used in the invitation. We recommend the use of your company email. If you encounter errors when trying to register with a different email, contact your system administrator.

Accept the email invitation

1. Open your mailbox.

2. In the Meridian Cloud invitation email, click Accept.

3. In Sign in, select an authentication method:

   • Google: Create or use a Google account.

   • Microsoft: Create or use a Microsoft account.

   • Azure AD: Use your company AD credentials.

   • SAML Authentication: Use your company SAML identity provider.

     Only the authentication methods you can use display. Contact your system administrator for more information.

4. If you sign in with a Microsoft account, Click Accept.

5. If you sign in with a Google account:

   1. In Sign in with Google, select the desired Google account.

   2. Click Continue.

6. On the Registration form, enter:

   • Full name

   • Initials

   • Title

   • Company name

   • Your company email

   Use only letters in your name registration. Don’t use special characters.

7. Click Save.

After you complete the registration, the system automatically signs you into Meridian Cloud. You also receives a confirmation email with the URL for your Meridian Cloud tenant. Create a shortcut, bookmark, or add the URL to your browser’s favorites to access Meridian Cloud. The next time you need to access Meridian Cloud, you can sign in quickly.
