View a Collection

Collections appear as a view in the View list, similar to navigation views.

Collection views can be filtered and manipulated like other Navigation views as described in Configure a Navigation View.

Note:

Collections created in a different time zone and based on search criteria that include a literal date comparison may show unexpected results. This is because of the difference in time zones between where the collection was created and where it is viewed. Date comparisons that use variables like %CURRENTDATE% are not affected.

ClosedView a Collection

To view a collection:

  • In the view list, click the name of the collection that you want to view.

    The collection contents appear in the navigation view pane.

ClosedSort Documents in Collection Based on a Column

To sort the documents in a collection based on a particular column:

  1. Click the column heading that you want to sort on.

  2. Click the column heading again to reverse the sort order.
