Download Files in Meridian Explorer

Download files from Meridian Classic Explorer to create copies in a location you specify on your computer.

Prerequisites

• You must be a tenant administrator to download native files.

• You must have permission to access all documents in the batch to download them.

• The download command is not available if you open the repository from Meridian Portal.

Download files

1. In Meridian Explorer, select the documents you want to download.

2. To download all documents in your search results:

   1. Select the Review ribbon.

   2. Click Select All.

3. In the Review ribbon, select an option:

   • Download: Downloads native files.

   • Download (Rendition): Downloads document renditions.

   The files download to your browser.

4. If you're connected to Meridian Application Integration, the Confirm site cache download dialog appears:

   • Click Yes to download the file to your local workspace folder.

   • Click No to download the file to your browser.
