Standard Document Properties
In PowerWeb, each document regardless of its document type has the following classification properties that users may enter. The properties help identify and manage the document throughout its life cycle. Most of the properties are required when the document is created. Not all properties are available in all Meridian Cloud tenancies.

Sheet Number |
User entered number (0-255) of the current sheet in the set. |
Sheet Count |
User entered total number (0-255) of sheets in the set. |
Title |
User entered. |

Original Created By |
Name of the creator of this document. Selected from among all users in the system. The default is the current user. |
Original Created On |
Date when the original document was created. |
Content Reviewed By |
Name of the reviewer of this document. Selected from among all users in the system. |
Content Reviewed On |
Date when the document content was reviewed. |
Content Approved By |
Name of the approver of this document. Selected from among all users in the system. |
Content Approved By |
Date when the document content was approved. |
Release Purpose |
Reason for the release of this document. Selected from the Release Status lookup. |
Release Code |
Reason code for the release of this document. Selected from the Release Status lookup. |
Originator Reference |
Alternate document ID (e.g. vendor #) of this document. User entered |

Document System Properties
Each document regardless of its document type has the following system properties that users may enter when they create the document. The properties help generate renditions, synchronize title blocks, and provide feedback to engineering. Additional system properties are system-generated and read-only.
