Share a Saved Search in Portal
Saving a search stores your search filters so that you can return to the same list of items at a later time. You can share a saved search with others so that they can easily find documents.
If you delete a saved search that you had previously shared and the user tries to use the link, the user will encounter a Page Not Found message.
To share a saved search:

Open the project whose records you want to search as described in Open Projects.

Choose between two options:

In the navigation bar, click the Documents icon
.
The Documents page appears and lists the documents in the current view of the project.

In the navigation bar, click the Packages icon
.
The Packages page appears and lists all the packages in the current project to which you have access.

Click the Saved Searches menu.
This menu appears in the upper-right corner of the page, to the right of your search filters.

Hover your cursor over the saved search you want to share.
A trash can icon and an arrow icon appear to the right of the saved search's name.

Click the share icon
for the saved search.
A link is copied to your clipboard.

Send the link to the person you want to share your saved search with.
