View Quick Shares

To view the contents of a Quick Share:

1. Open the project that contains the Quick Share that you want to view as described in Open Projects.

2. In the navigation bar, click the Quick Shares icon .

   The Quick Shares page appears and lists the Quick Shares that you have created as well as the Quick Shares that have been shared with you by others.

3. To search for a Quick Share, enter a Quick Share Name or Number in the Search fields next to Shared by Me or Shared With Me.

4. Choose between two options:

   • Click the package number of the Quick Share that you want to view.

   • Click the Actions icon of the Quick Share that you want to view and then click View on the shortcut menu that appears.

     The Quick Share page appears and shows information about the Quick Share package and lists the documents that reside in the Quick Share.

To search the documents in a quick share:

1. Follow the View Quick Share Contents procedures above.

2. Enter your search criteria in the Search field next to the Documents header.

   You can search the document list by document name or number.
