Packages sent for revision, review, approval, or for information include an automatically generated transmittal sheet (Microsoft Excel workbook) for package content verification. This file can be downloaded for viewing and other uses.
To download a transmittal sheet:

View the packages list that contains the package for which you want to download its transmittal sheet as described in View Packages.
Packages that have transmittal sheets available for download are indicated by an icon
to the right of Number. -
Click the menu icon
of the package for which you want to download its transmittal sheet. -
Choose between three options:

Click Download Transmittal on the menu that appears.
The transmittal sheet downloads to your browser where you can open it in a compatible application.

To download the transmittal sheet by clicking the package number:

Click the package number to open the package.
If the package has a transmittal sheet available, under Package Details, the value of Transmittal Sheet will be Yes.

Click the download icon
to the right of Transmittal Sheet. The transmittal sheet downloads to your browser where you can open it in a compatible application.

Click the menu icon
and then click Download Transmittal Sheet on the menu that appears. The transmittal sheet downloads to your browser where you can open it in a compatible application.
