Use the Dashboard Reporting in Meridian Portal to monitor the number of documents in your tenancy and in each project, so you can monitor usage against your subscription limits. Each document can be up to 500 MB in size (compressed).

You must have the Tenant Administrator role to perform the tasks on this page.
View usage statistics

In Meridian Portal, click Dashboard

Click Go to the Document Usage page.

On the Reporting page, find the following information:

Reporting: Number of unique documents stored in your tenancy compared to the quantity allowed by your subscription.

Subscription: Your subscription's usage limit and start date.

Projects: Number of documents stored in each project in your tenancy.
