Assign Document Ownership

When documents are added to a project for revision, they are initially assigned to the recipient of the package. If they should be assigned to a different person, you can do that if you have been assigned to the Project Owner or the Document Controller role.

Ownership can only be assigned to:

  • Documents that are in the Compliance Check and For Routing states.

  • Project members that have been assigned the Document Controller role.
