Tenant Implementation Overview
When you acquire a new Meridian Cloud tenant, the standard implementation includes five main steps:
1. Fit validation
We verify if Meridian Cloud meets your business processes and technical requirements. This step might include a collaborative workshop. Outcomes can include:
- Process and workflow analysis
- Return on investment analysis
- Solution adoption and rollout plan
2. Contract signing
You sign a subscription-based sales contract that defines:
- Gap analysis
- Solution scope
- Success criteria
3. Tenant creation
We create your tenant after you provide the following information:
-
Display name
-
Short name (used in the URL)
-
Administration email
-
Subscription start date
-
Include a test tenant? (Yes/No)
-
Account name
-
Technical contact email (for both partner and customer)
-
Usage limit (number of user passes)
4. Data import
You can import your documents and metadata with import packages or contract Accruent to perform the import. Contact your Accruent representative for details.
5. Tenant configuration
You can configure your Meridian Cloud tenant following the instructions of the System Administration guide in this documentation. To ensure a smooth startup and successful adoption, we recommend that you purchase two days of consultancy services. Contact your Accruent representative for details.
