Dashboard in MC Kinetic
When you sign in to MC Kinetic, the Dashboard is the first screen that appears. From the Dashboard, you can access work order workbenches, review data update statuses, and open the main menu to navigate through the app.
My workbenches
The My workbenches section provides quick access to collections of work orders with predefined filters. This helps you efficiently locate the work orders you need and manage tasks more effectively.
When you sign in for the first time, workbenches on the Dashboard screen are empty. To populate them, open the work order workbenches from the main menu.
On the Dashboard screen, select a workbench:

My Work Orders: View all open work orders assigned to you.

My Completed Work Orders: View all work orders you’ve completed.
The Refresh button next to each workbench appears after 30 minutes. This allows you to manually update the workbench to ensure all data is current.
List Management
Use List Management to check whether your records are up to date, especially after you work offline.
The system updates lists automatically. To manually refresh lists or review their sync status, select one of the following:

Refresh: Manually update all lists to ensure your data matches the latest cached version.

View all lists: See the current sync status of each list.
