Modify Smart Pane Module Reports

The options in the Smart Pane vary depending on the type of field. For fields associated with their own module (Repair Center, Shop, Department), the data displayed is based on a Module Report that can be modified using the Setup and Criteria buttons at the top of the Smart Pane.

If the Setup and Criteria buttons do not open the respective windows, the selected field is not connected to a Module Report. To access these features, your access group must have permission to modify report setup or criteria.

Modify the report configuration:

• Click the Setup button above the Smart Pane.

  The Report Setup window opens, allowing you to make changes to the display fields as you would for any other report.

Modify the report criteria:

• Click the Criteria button above the Smart Pane.

  The Report Criteria window opens, allowing you to make changes as needed.
