Service Requests

Submit a new service request, check its status, delete it, or update an existing request. A service request generates a work order for technicians. The maintenance technician then reviews the work order and determines the tasks based on the information you provide.

Ways to create a service request:

• For yourself: As a member of Maintenance Connection, submit a service request on your own behalf.

• On behalf of another person: Submit a service request for another person, regardless of their Maintenance Connection user status.

• Guest request: Create a service request without the need to create a Maintenance Connection account.
