Maintenance Connection (MC) is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that helps you to manage work orders, organize and execute preventive maintenance, predict asset maintenance, and manage enterprise assets and equipment inventory.

With Maintenance Connection, you can optimize workflows, increase equipment availability, prevent asset failures, automate critical processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce downtime.

Maintenance Connection application suite

• Maintenance, Repair, & Operations Work Center (MRO): Main application for administrators, managers, and supervisors. The MRO includes the most functionality for managing the lifecycle of each asset within your organization.

• Technician Work Center (TWC): Application for technician users. Technicians who don’t need access to the full MRO capabilities can access the TWC to view their assigned work, create work orders, and other related tasks.

• Reporter: View, create, edit, and run reports.

• Service Requester: Submit work requests, view the status of requests, and provide feedback.
