Complete/Close Multiple Records in Group
You can select records from a group to complete or close from the Group page using an option in the Complete/Close window.
Select Records to Close from Group Page

Open a work order that is a member of the group.
You can tell that the current work order is a group member by looking at the Work Center header. The words Attached to a Group will be displayed after the work order ID.

Click the Group tab.
All members of the group will be displayed.

Click the check box to the left of each work order you want to complete or close.

Click the Complete/Close button.
The Complete/Close window opens with group controls provided. Since you accessed this window from the Group page, the system will presume you are operating on the selected group of records. The window has the following characteristics:

No work order ID will be shown in the upper-right.

The Requested and Issued states will not be included in the Status History area.

Individual assignments will not be displayed, and an option to Set All Assignments Complete will be available.

The Labor Report includes additional controls to allow you to determine how the labor report comments should be applied to the members of the group.

The Meter Readings section will not be displayed, and the Asset Status section will only provide an option to bring equipment back into service.

Complete the appropriate options in the window.

Click Apply.
Complete/Close All Records in Group from Individual Member Record
You can Complete/Close out all work orders in the group by accessing the feature from any individual member record. When you access the Complete/Close window from a group member record, you are provided with options to push the changes to all group members. In contrast to master records, however, the system will presume you are only operating on the individual record. You must indicate that the action should affect all records in the group.

Open a work order that is a member of the group.
You can tell that the current work order is a group member by looking at the Work Center header. The words Attached to a Group will be displayed after the work order ID.

Ensure you are viewing a page with a Complete/Close option.
The pages that have this option are the Details, Tasks, Costs, and Documents/Images pages.

Click the Complete/Close button.
The Complete/Close window opens. Since you have accessed this feature from an individual member of a group, the system will presume you only wish to update the individual record. You must use the options in the window to indicate that the change should affect all members of the group.

Click the All Work Orders in Group check box in the upper-right of the window.
The window changes to reflect the options available when operating on a group.

The Work Order Group ID displays in the upper-right instead of an individual work order ID.

The Requested and Issued states are not included in the Status History area.
