Account/Category
The Complete/Close window may include a section to update the Account and Category fields. These fields can be updated in the event they should be changed from what is stored in the work order and associated cost records.
Modify the account or category settings:

Change the account if a different account than that listed should be used.

To push this account change to all actual cost records associated with the work order, click the Set All check box.

With this setting enabled, the accounts listed on cost records will also be modified.

With this setting disabled, only the account listed on the Work Order Detail page will be changed.

To indicate that the work order is chargeable, click the Chargeable check box.
With this setting enabled, the work order will be included on reports for chargeable work orders.

Change the category if a different category than that listed should be used.

To push this category change to all actual cost records associated with the work order, click the Set All check box.

With this setting enabled, the categories listed on cost records will also be modified.

With this setting disabled, only the category listed on the Work Order Detail page will be changed.
