Labor Assignment Tab and Filter Options

Calendar Assignments are most commonly made when one of the labor perspectives is selected from the Display Tabs As field.

The following tabs and filters are available:

• Labor

  • Tabs: All labor records can be listed as display tabs.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift

  • Search Control: Searches based on labor record last name. For example, entering an S would return all labor records with last names starting with S.

• Labor with… WO Repair Center, WO RC/Shop, WO RC/Shop/Shift, or WO RC/Shift

  • Tabs: All labor records that match the defined work order attributes will be listed as display tabs.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift.

  • Search Control: Searches based on labor record last name.

• Labor Linked to Asset

  • Tabs: All labor records linked to the asset on the asset's related information Labor/Contacts page.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Not Applicable.

• Labor Worked on Asset or Classification

  • Tabs: All labor records with actual labor recorded on a work order tied to this asset or this asset's classification.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Not Applicable.

• Estimated Labor

  • Tabs: If the work order includes estimated labor, display tabs will list all individuals possessing the designated craft/skill.

  • Additional Filters: Estimated Labor: Lists each type of estimated labor defined in the procedure associated with the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

  • Search Control: None.

• Labor On Call

  • Tabs: All labor resources designated as available for on call assignment in the Labor Resource module.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources on call.

• Labor Nearby

  • Tabs: All labor resources defined in the Labor Resource module as being near the asset requiring service.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources nearby.

• Labor With Assignments

  • Tabs: All labor resources with assignments in the month.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources with assignments.

• My Direct Reports

  • Tabs: Labor resources with you listed as their supervisor in the Labor module.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on labor resource / direct report last name.

• Employees

  • Tabs: All labor resources designated as employees in the Labor module.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift.

  • Search Control: Searches based on labor resource / employee last name.

• Employees Nearby

  • Tabs: All labor resources designated as employees located nearby in the Labor module.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources / employees located nearby.

• Contractors

  • Tabs: All labor resources designated as contractors in the Labor module.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift.

  • Search Control: Searches based on labor resource / contractor last name.

• Contractors Nearby

  • Tabs: All labor resources designated as contractors located nearby in the Labor module.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources / contractors located nearby.

• Labor / Employee / Contractor with Work Order Category

  • Tabs: All specified labor resources that match the defined work order category.

  • Additional Filters: Repair Center, Shop, and Shift.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources listed.

• Asset Location / Labor

  • Tabs: Labor resources listed on the Related Info tab of the asset to which the work order is associated.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: Searches based on last name of labor resources listed in the associated asset record.

• Myself

  • Tabs: Your Name.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: None.

• Assigned Labor

  • Tabs: Labor resources with assignments for the current work order.

  • Additional Filters: None.

  • Search Control: None.

If any of these filters would return no records, all labor resources are listed for possible selection.
