Work Order Tabs

The tabs available in the Work Order module include:

  • Details: General Information about the work order including the reason/description for the work order, associated asset, target dates and hours, status, assignments, and general flags / indicators.

  • Tasks: A list of tasks associated with the work order. The Tasks page also provides access to sub-tabs with information regarding task documents, special instructions, and the labor report.

  • Costs: Information about the costs associated with the work order. Costs can be associated with labor, parts and tools and miscellaneous costs. The Costs page includes sub-tabs to access / record estimated costs, actual costs, all costs, and corresponding purchase order information.

  • Attach: Stores links to attached documents or images relevant to the work order.

  • History: Event history on the current work order, as well a history of work orders on the currently associated asset.

  • Assign: Stores current assignments and supports creation of new assignments. Assignments can be viewed in a list or calendar format.

  • Group: Displays work orders that have been associated together in a group.

  • Report: Displays the work order in a printable format.
