Assignment List Sub-Tab: Work Order

The Assignment List page is displayed by default when first accessing the Assignments page in view mode. This page provides a list of all assignments associated with the work order and estimated and actual labor records.

  • Labor Estimates: A row will display for each record of estimated labor defined for the work order. Each of these rows will identify the craft or skill required and the estimated hours. The labor resource name will also be listed if a specific individual was specified.

Estimated labor is typically associated with a procedure that has been defined as part of a preventive maintenance schedule. Estimated labor can also be manually added from the Costs: Estimates page.

  • Assigned Labor: A row will display for each assignment that has been made for the work order. Each row will identify the craft, labor resource name, assignment date, and assigned hours. These assignments can be manually made through New Assignment Mode or automatically generated by the system based on the definition in a procedure.

  • Actual Labor: A row will display for each actual labor record. Actual labor rows will list craft name, labor name (if applicable), work date and work hours.
