Asset map for GIS integration with Esri ArcGIS

Link Maintenance Connection assets to Esri ArcGIS to manage assets, work orders, and maintenance workflows in an interactive map.

After your system administrator configures the Esri integration, you can view assets and work orders in the Asset map. Use the map to visualize locations, understand asset relationships, and access related records.

Session manager in app chooser list

You can now access the Session manager directly from the app chooser list when you sign in to Maintenance Connection. It displays under Additional options, making it faster to open and manage your active sessions.

Repair center filter in Work orders grid

MC-23407 / MC-23825

When you load a system saved search in the Work orders grid, the Repair center filter defaults to Current, which automatically matches the repair center you selected at the top of the page. The Current option is available in both the grid search bar and the Advanced criteria modal. If you clear or reset the Repair center filter, the list automatically returns to the current repair center instead of showing all results. This keeps the Work orders grid aligned with your selected repair center without requiring additional filtering.

Component	Summary
Workbenches	Workbenches now display titles consistently across all mobile devices. You can now filter each workbench. The filter button shows the number of applied filters.
Forms	The View more link is now available when a form has more than 20 related records such as tasks, labor, parts, and assignments. Search and filter within relationships on a form. Administrators can configure searchable fields and available filters. For example, you can filter tasks by All, To do, or Complete on a work order. Edit fields directly within a related record, including quantities, readings, and comments, without opening a subform.
Offline experience	The app now detects network connectivity changes more reliably and adapts in real time when you lose Wi-Fi or cellular connection. The Work request search screen now displays a clear offline message.
Sign in	After you enter the App identifier, the app now takes you directly to the Sign-in screen. When signing in without SSO, the app now blocks rapid repeated taps to prevent duplicate login attempts.
Administration	The Administrator Portal now allows administrators to configure menu and form layouts. You can reorder menu items, rename fields, update toolbar labels, and reorganize form sections. This feature is currently available to beta users only.
Form submissions	Forms now submit correctly, even when you submit them immediately after opening the app.
Session refresh	Session refresh now completes without getting stuck.
Activity start/stop (location)	Activity timers now start and stop without delays caused by location lookup.
Navigation	Bottom navigation elements now display correctly across Android and iOS devices.
Empty lists	Empty lists now show a No data found message instead of appearing blank.
