Member Import tool

When you use the Member Import tool, the system now assigns the repair center from the user’s access group if the template value is missing or invalid. The default repair center is used only when no access group value is available

Grid view

Global search record counts now match the results shown in grid and list views for consistent work order counts.

In the Work Orders grid view, the Search by options now prioritize Work Order # and Reason. Global Searchs no longer selected by default.

When a work order search times out, the grid now displays a clear warning message instead of ERR to help you refine and retry the search.

When you open and save a record from a saved search in the grid, the list now retains the selected saved search and its filtered results. This allows you to review and update multiple records without losing your place or seeing unrelated results.

Sign in

Users with long member IDs can now successfully reset their passwords using the Forgot Password option. The new password is correctly saved and can be used to sign in as expected.

Service Requester

In the New Service Request, shops are now sorted by Shop Name instead of Shop ID when viewing both Requester Only shops and All shops for a better user experience.

Inventory Transfer tool

The Inventory Transfer now displays available bins when the target stock room name includes special characters (such as #), preventing transfers from defaulting to DEFAULT.

When receiving rotating parts from a purchase order or increasing on‑hand quantities in an existing stockroom/bin, the system now creates the corresponding asset records, making new rotating parts immediately available for serialization and use.

The Inventory Values – List by Stockroom report now shows consistent On Hand and Cost totals across the UI and exported HTML and CSV files, including reports that span multiple pages.

Assets

In the Assets module > Related Info tab, you can now add and review specification rows without errors prior to saving the asset.

Procedures

When you clone a procedure, the system now preserves the updated field limits. The cloned procedure keeps up to 50 characters for the ID and 200 characters for the Name, instead of truncating to the previous limits.
