Saved searches

The Saved Search dropdown now displays searches in the following order:

• Favorite searches

• Distributed searches

• Personal searches

• System default searches

This update makes it easier to find and manage your saved searches.

Change the filters, columns, and sort order in distributed searches with the Edit a shared saved search access right. The creator of a distributed saved search can also change its visibility or access group assignments.

Administrators and advanced users can now view, edit, and delete all distributed saved searches across the organization. These rights give users more granular permissions without requiring global overrides.

The new access rights are:

• Edit all saved searches
• View all saved searches
• Delete all saved searches

Work order filters now include options based on your current assignments. You can filter by:

• Department: My department

• Shift: My shift

• Requester: Requested by me

• Taken by: Taken by me

• Labor: Me

• Supervisor: Me

• Supervisor: My supervisor

• Repair Center: My repair center

• Shop: My shop

• Assigned: Assigned to me

Work Orders

The grid view in the Work Orders module now displays the UDF field names that you assign instead of the default UDF names.

You can now properly navigate the Work Matrix in the new Maintenance Connection UI, allowing you to view and manage large sets of data.

Reports

When you navigate directly from the first to the last page of a multi‑page report, the calculation at the bottom of the last page correctly reflects the sum of data from all pages, including those you didn’t view.

List pane

The Refresh button in the list pane now works as expected.

Inventory

The system no longer freezes when you select Apply counts in Inventory, even when you work with large stockrooms.

Purchase Orders

The Bill To field now displays correctly in automated purchase order emails.

Grid view

The Reset columns option now works as expected in the grid view.
