Work order filters
Pre-populated Reason values
MC-24351, MC-20469
Select from a list of standard reasons when you cancel or deny work orders. This helps keep records consistent and improves reporting. Administrators can add or edit options in the WO cancel/deny reasons for labor report lookup table manager.
Predefined values include:
-
III - Incomplete or Inaccurate Information
-
LOA - Lack of Authorization
-
RSC - Resource Constraints
-
DUP - Duplicate Requests
-
IPN - Incorrect Priority or Non-Essential Work
-
SAF - Safety Concerns
-
COR - Changes in Operational Requirements
Master and child work orders in grid view
MC-23698
The grid view now works like the list view for master and child work orders. By default, the grid shows master work orders and hides child work orders. You can still find child work orders by searching for them or by using top-level filters.
