We updated our labor charge calculations to ensure consistency:

  • When the labor record charge rate and markup are zero, and you specify the customer charge rate and markup, the total charge now calculates as:

    Total charge = Customer charge rate * (regular hours + overtime hours + other hours).

  • When the labor record charge rate and markup are zero, the customer charge rate is zero, and you specify the customer markup percentage, the total charge now calculates as:

    Total charge = total cost * (1 + markup percentage of the customer).

This calculation also applies to the labor charge functionality in MC Kinetic.

Actions Menu The Generate Work Order Projections action in the Actions menu now works as expected when you select Chinese PRC, Chinese Taiwan, or Japanese as the date format. MC-19457

You can now successfully add and edit line items on cloned purchase orders with direct issue parts.
