Email Action
The Email action is used to initiate an email when the defined event occurs. For example, an email can be generated when the status of a work order changes or a particular asset is taken out of service. You can define the recipients and content of the email and any attachments.
To define the settings for the email, select the Email check box in the Edit Rule window.

The Maintenance Connection Service Agent is required for Rules that include Email, Text Message, Phone Calls, and Database Script actions.
