Email: Message

The Message sub-tabs allow you to specify the message content for the Email. If you are not certain of the type of email the recipients are set up to receive, we recommend you configure both the Message Text and HTML.

To ensure that only plain text versions of the email are sent regardless of the user's email settings, select the Send Plain Text Only check box on the Message (Text) sub-tab. This setting is also helpful if the email will be downloaded to a mobile device.

  • The Message (Text) sub-tab allows you to modify the message text for email recipients who do not receive HTML Email.

  • The Message (HTML) sub-tab allows you to modify and format the message text for email recipients who do receive HTML Email.
