Labor Rates Manager

The Labor Rates Manager provides a single screen entry mechanism to update rates on multiple employees (and crafts or contractors) in a single step.

Update rates on labor resources:

  1. Select Tools > Labor > Rates Managerfrom the Main Menu.

    The Labor Rates Manager window opens, listing crafts by default.

  2. Select the type of labor resource to update in the Type filter on the left.

    Records of the selected type are listed in the result set on the right.

  3. Locate the records you want to update.

  4. Enter the appropriate rates for each record.

    Fields are provided for regular rate, overtime rate, other rate, markup percent, and flat charge rate.

  5. Click Apply.

    Changes must be applied before proceeding to a new page of results.

  6. Click Close.

    The Labor Rates Manager closes.
