Customize the Interface
System Administration tools are available to customize numerous aspects of the user interface to meet the unique needs of your organization. Most of these tools are available from the Tools > System menu.
The following customization tools are available:

Forms Manager: The Forms Manager is the primary tool available to tailor page content. The tool supports three features:

Determining which fields should be hidden within each module

Designating fields from each module that require a valid entry

Modifying field labels

User field Customization Using Help Editor: The Help Editor can be used to modify the help content of fields. For user fields, the help editor can be also be used to modify field labels, connect the field to a lookup table, and define a smart transfer for the field into a designated field in a related module.

Smart Label Manager: The Smart Label Manager allows organizations to tailor the display of labels, menus, messages, and tab names. It is used primarily by organizations with members that speak languages other than English, allowing dynamically translated values to be tailored or corrected. Using a special English Custom option, organizations can also use this tool.

Tabs Manager: The Tabs Manager allows organizations to customize the tabs that are available in each module.

Menu Manager: The Menu Manager allows organizations to customize the Module menu that is displayed when clicking the Open button or the module list control.

Module List Configuration: The fields that display in a given module list can be configured by access group.
