Reports: Labor

The Labor Reports page provides access to three report displays, accessible from available sub-tabs.

Each report is a smart report, which gives you the ability to modify the report setup and to access the displayed work order record by double-clicking a report row. The default reports include:

• Work Orders: A list of all open work orders to which the labor resource has been assigned and other assignees on the same work orders. Each row lists the Work Order #, Reason, Asset, Target Date and Assigned Hours.

• Backlog: A list of all open work orders that are past due. This report gives the same information as the Work Orders report.

• Cost Breakdown: A list of costs for work orders to which the labor resource has been assigned. The report defaults to records from the current year, displaying Labor, Parts, and Other costs and the Total costs for each work order and for the current year.
