Where Issued: Inventory

The Where Issued tab lists all assets associated with the inventory item. The association with the inventory item is specified on the Parts sub-tab of the Asset Related Info page. Associating parts with the asset makes it easy to add the inventory item to the work order as an estimated part.

The Where Issued tab does not list rotating assets associated with this inventory item. Rotating assets are listed on the Locations: Rotating Assets.

The Where Issued list includes the following information about each asset associated with the inventory item:

• Name: Asset name.

• ID: Asset ID.

• Location: Location of the asset as specified in the Asset List.

• Quantity: Quantity of the inventory item typically used in maintenance of this asset.

• In-Service: Indicates whether that asset is in service.
