Email Displayed Report

Run the report you want to email.

Click the Email button.
The Email Report window opens.

Select a recipient:

Click the To button.
The Select Recipients window opens.

Choose between two options:

To select an individual already in the address book, highlight the individual’s name in the recipient list and click the To button.
The recipient will be moved to the To Recipient List.

To select an additional individual as a recipient, repeat step b as necessary.

Click Apply.
The Email Report window opens.

If you want to add additional recipients as copy or blind copy recipients:

Click the Cc or Bcc button.

Proceed as described in step 3 above.

Select the priority for the email from the Priority field.

Enter the subject line for the email in the Subject field.

Enter a message to appear in the email content in the Message field.

If this is a work order report, select the Set Printed/Emailed To Yes check box if you want this action to select the Printed/Emailed check box on the Work Order Detail page.

Click Apply.
Once the email has been successfully sent, a message displays, indicating the email was sent to the intended recipients.

Click the OK button.
If the displayed report was presented in a Report Preview window, this window reopens.

Click Close.
The window closes.
