Reorder Images (or modify parameters)

1. Choose one or more of the following options:

   • To indicate that an image is the current / active representation of an item, click the Active check box.

     This check box is often used when multiple images of an item have been uploaded. For example, representing different stages of its repair.

   • To indicate that an image requires follow-up, click the Follow-Up check box.

   • To change the order of images displayed on the page, enter a number into the Order field of each image.

2. Click the Save button below any image for which the properties have been altered.

3. If you have changed the order of the images and want to view them in the new order, re-open the record.
