Maintenance Connection System Requirements

This article outlines the recommended and minimum requirements for Maintenance Connection.

Main Application (MRO)

The full Maintenance Connection application suite is more flexible than ever before. It is required to have a stable internet connection to your workstation or mobile device.

Recommended browsers

• Windows PC: Chrome and Microsoft Edge
• Mac: Chrome and Safari
• Chromebook: Chrome

MC Express

MC Express was designed with touch devices in mind, so it's best viewed on smaller devices, such as smartphones and tablets. However, MC Express can also be accessed from larger devices such as computers and laptops.

Recommended browsers

• Windows phone/tablet: Chrome (tablet only) and Microsoft Edge.
  Windows tablets do not have direct access to device cameras due to OS limitations.
• iPhone/iPad/ iTouch: Chrome and Safari
• Android phone/tablet: Chrome

Generally, users should use the latest operating system and browser versions available for their device.

MC Kinetic

MC Kinetic is a mobile app that lets you manage every stage of a work order, from creation to closure.

Requirements

• iOS: 16.6 or later

• iPadOS: 16.6 or later

• MacOS: 13.5 or later

• Android: 6.0 or later

• RAM: 4 GB or higher recommended

• Internet connection: Required to log in and perform data synchronization.

  After you log in and sync, most functions work offline except live search features.

On Premise Server Installations

Maintenance Connection can be purchased for use in the cloud, or for installation on your every own servers (On Premise). It can be installed on physical (bare metal) or virtual servers. Disk space requirements depend on the features used as well as the amount of data stored in the database.
