Lx Administrator and PS Administrator are job functions that are restricted to Accruent employees, such as Support, Professional Services, and Engineering. There are some firm settings that can only be accessed by Lx Administrators or PS Administrator.
If there is a setting that you want to change that you do not have access to, please contact your System Administrator. They can reach out to your Accruent representative for a consult.
DO NOT deactivate or delete the LxAdmin user in your environment. Your integrations are run by that user.
