When Lucernex releases to UAT (Train), your organization has two weeks to review enhancements made to the product, train users, develop new configurations, and communicate with Lucernex Product Management about bugs. After two weeks, the release goes live in Production.
Product Management reserves the right to make rare adjustments to the planned release schedule to ensure the quality of the Lucernex product.
