We recommend you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when using Lucernex. We also currently support Internet Explorer 11, but that support will end when Microsoft's support for the browser ends on January 14, 2020. In anticipation of this change, we urge our customers to migrate to either Google Chrome or to Microsoft Edge, as those are the browsers that we will support when addressing browser-related bugs.
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are also supported for mobile devices such as tablets or phones. We are enhancing our user interface to optimize mobile browsing in Lucernex. For recent updates, see the What's New - System Updates page.
