System Administrators have the ability to log into a user's account for debugging purposes. If you try to log in and receive the error message, "Failed to login. The EULA has not been accepted", it means that the user has not accepted Lucernex's end user license agreement. This agreement is presented to the user when they first log into Lucernex. For you to log in as this member, they will first need to log in using their credentials and accept the end user license agreement.
