We’ve enhanced the Lock Bidding Questions feature released in 23.11. To use this feature, the enableQandAPublish feature switch must be turned on. Contact your Accruent Support Associate for more information.
When you add a bidding question without publishing, a confirmation window now opens to remind you that the question cannot be answered until it is published. You can click Yes to continue without publishing or No to return to the Add Question dialog.
When you add or update a bidding question and click Add and Publish or Update and Publish, a confirmation window now opens to remind you that the question cannot be updated once it is published. You can click Yes to continue publishing or No to return to the Add Question dialog.
Report fields

When you clear display options for a field on a report, the Field Context in the upper-right corner of the Edit Item window is removed after you click Update and then save the report.
Example:

Create a new Contract Expirations Global Report.

In Available Fields, add State under Facility > Address Info.

Save the report.

Edit the State field:

Select the Show Country, State, Country Value check box.

Select Country in the dropdown.

Update and save the report.

Edit the State field.
Field Context is shown in the upper-right corner of the window.

Clear the Show Country, State, Country Value checkbox.

Select Select Country, State, County Field in the dropdown.

Update and save the report.
