Accruent Lucernex 24.10 Release Notes

You can now use a spreadsheet import to update Covenant Documents with the correct document links. To do this, ensure that the DocumentId is included in the Covenant.DocumentIDList column.

When you import a schedule with Task Status set to Completed, Percent Complete is now set to 100%.

When you select Read Only in Edit Form for a field, conditional logic for that field now works correctly.

When you select Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Oman, or Bulgaria as the Country, the State/Province now lists the regions for that country. This includes 31 regions of Côte d’Ivoire, 16 regions of Ghana, 61 regions of Oman, and 28 regions of Bulgaria.

When you change values of fields in the Project Summary page, and save your changes, the changes now save successfully when the field contains valid tags.

Bidder invite email

When Bidder Notes contain line breaks, the Email Body now loads correctly when you Invite a bidder and click Next in the Invite Bidder dialog.

Bid conditioning

We added the Bid Number option to Budget Types with Used For Bid Conditioning selected in the report so you can now select the bidder you want.

In the report, add the Budget Column Type you want, edit the field, and select the Bid Number to populate the Budget Column correctly without displaying the Invalid Field Configuration error.

When you reset your password, the new password emailed by the system now respects the Lucernex password policy your organization has chosen on the Password Policy page. Administrators can reach this page from System Administrator Dashboard: Admin > Manage Company > Password Policy.

Reports

When you run the AP Export report and data exists, an error indicating no items found no longer displays.

API

We've improved API performance for paginated and FIQL queries, preventing timeouts when retrieving more than 1,000 records.

Imports

When you import an entity, contacts are now correctly applied to the contact list of the contract.

Facility Details

When managing top menu pages in Facility Details, a database error no longer displays.

Work Flow

If Budget Line Item is set to Is Required and you do not enter a Budget Line Item, validation now prevents you from kicking off a Lucernex Work Flow. For example, if you start a Change Order, the Add remains unavailable until you enter the required records and fields.

Members

You can now create a member with SAML authentication without entering a password even when Required Password Patterns are set.

Import

All competitor records are now created when imported. The system uses a combination of competitor client ID and name to determine uniqueness. If the client ID is absent, a new record with a randomly generated client ID is created.

Milestones

The Milestone timeline now correctly displays only milestones associated with the specific Portfolio or Program schedules on the Project Cost Tracking Summary page, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Capital Program

You can now create a Capital Program using the Capital Program wizard using the without selecting a schedule template.

API

You can now run fiql queries with criteria that contain commas. For example, queries on Contract Names with commas are now successful.

Import

When you import a Budget Summary page, the Valid for options now import correctly and the selections display on the Manage Budget Summary page.

Import

When you import bid award lines, the selections for Conditioned Amounts and Submitted Amounts now automatically populate correctly.

Document Converter

Document Converter now runs on JDK 21 and is deployed to Tomcat 10, with improved performance and security.
