ClosedWhat do I do if I receive a EULA error when I try to log in as another member?

System Administrators have the ability to log into a user's account for debugging purposes. If you try to log in and receive the error message, "Failed to login. The EULA has not been accepted", it means that the user has not accepted Lucernex's end user license agreement. This agreement is presented to the user when they first log into Lucernex. For you to log in as this member, they will first need to log in using their credentials and accept the end user license agreement.

ClosedWhy can't I run a scheduled job as a configured member?

Before you can run a scheduled job using the security settings of a particular member, the member must accept our End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is presented to the user when they first log into Lucernex. If the user has not accepted the EULA, the scheduled job will fail.

To resolve this issue, ask the user to log in using their credentials and accept the end user license agreement.

ClosedWhat is an Lx Administrator or PS Administrator?

Lx Administrator and PS Administrator are job functions that are restricted to Accruent employees, such as Support, Professional Services, and Engineering. There are some firm settings that can only be accessed by Lx Administrators or PS Administrator.

If there is a setting that you want to change that you do not have access to, contact your System Administrator. They can reach out to your Accruent representative for a consult.

DO NOT deactivate or delete the LxAdmin user in your environment. Your integrations are run by that user.
