Modify Report Details
You can change the name of your report, the report description, who it is available to, and where the report is saved.

In the report that you are editing, click Report Settings > Modify Report Details.

Select the entities to make the report Active and Inactive for.
- Enter report details:
- Save Report for?: To make the report available to everyone in your organization, select Everyone in my company. You must also select this option if you want to create a scheduled job for the report. Select Me if you only want the report to be visible to yourself or another person.
- Report Title: Edit the title of the report.
- Report Description: Edit the description of the report.
- Report Folders: Select the report folder where you want to save the report.
You cannot change the report type once it is initially selected. The options in the First Select column are read-only.
- To save the report for a specific user:

To save your changes, click Save in the header of the Report Builder, to the right of the report name.
