Contract

These global report templates generate reports for Contracts and Equipment Contracts that show contract expense forecasts, expiry, and terms.

Contract 12 month expense forecast

Displays forecasted expenses over 12 month period. Data sorted by Facility Name, Contract Name, and Expense Type. Bottom row of report contains grand total of each period's expenses.

Report Type: Program
Default View Type: Spreadsheet report
Runtime Filters: Reporting Interval (for example FY 2017, all periods year-to-date, or Q4 2017), Contract Name is, Contract Status, Contract Type, Facility Name is.

Contract expirations

Displays expiration dates of all contracts in system. Data includes Name, Contract Group, Contract Type, Expiration Date, Rentable Area, Contract Use, and Notes.

Contract terms list report

Formerly the Contract Terms Inventory report, this report is an entity report that provides details about contract terms. The report displays all terms entered for each contract in system and includes these fields:

Action Date: Date on which action was taken on the term
Begin Date: Start date of the term.
Client Number
Contract ID
Contract Name
Contract Status
Contract Type
End Date: End date of the term.
Notice End Date
Option Description
Portfolio
Term Description
Term Status
Term Type
Tickler Date

Report Type: Entity.
Default View Type: Spreadsheet report.
Runtime Filters: None.

Contracts expiring within 90 days

Displays all contracts for which the Expire Date is within 90 days of today's date. Data includes Contract Name, Contract Number, Facility, Contract Status, Contract Type, Effective Date, Expire Date, Days to Expiration.

You can change the number of days on the Days to Expiration to expand the date range of your search criteria.
