Copy an existing report

You can create a copy of an existing report from within the Report Builder using the Save As. The Save As will not activate until a report has been initially saved, regardless of whether the report was created new or as a copy of an existing or global report.

  1. Find the report you want to copy.

  2. Click Edit in the Actions column of the record.

    The report opens in the Report Builder.

  3. Click Save As.

    The Save As - Modify Report Details window opens.

  4. Make any changes to the report title, description, folder, and whether the report is saved for you or for everyone in your company.

    If a report in the folder has the same name as your new report, Lucernex will prompt you to change the name of your new report.

  5. Click Save As.

    The window closes. The title of the report in the Header updates to the new report title. From this point, you are working in the copy of the report created in the Save As action.
