Copy an existing report

Use Save As to create a copy of an existing report within Report Builder. Save your newly created report to display the Save As option. This applies regardless of whether you create a new report, copy an existing report, or create a global report.

  1. Find the report you want to copy.

  2. Click Edit in the Actions column of the record.

  3. Click Save As in the report that opens in Report Builder.

  4. In the Save As - Modify Report Details window that opens, make your changes to the report title, description, folder, and select whether the report is available just for you or for everyone in your company.

    If an existing report in the folder has the same name as your new report, the system prompts you to change the name of your new report.

  5. Click Save As.

    The title of the report in the Header updates to the new report title. From this point, you are working in the copy of the report you created using Save As.
